Andrea Rigler VERY kindly agreed to analyze her freestyle routine with Moxie for us, discussing adding flow to a freestyle routine. For those of you new to the sport, Andrea is one of the very top players. She is part of the Purina Farms Pro Plan Performance Team, a member of Team Hero, and a multiple time World Champion.
